Who else touches
your information.
We keep this list because “trusted partners” is what a company writes when it would rather you did not ask. Every supplier below processes data on our behalf, under contract, for the single purpose named. None of them may use your material for their own purposes, and none of them trains models on it.
| Supplier | What they do for us | When they are involved |
|---|---|---|
| Anthropic | The AI that conducts interviews and drafts reports | Deep Read · the Audit |
| ElevenLabs | The spoken interview – our interviewer’s voice and ears | Where you choose to speak rather than type |
| OpenAI | Transcription of spoken answers | Recorded answers only |
| Stripe | Payments – we never see your card details | Any purchase |
| Cal.com | Booking the introductory call | If you book a call |
| Google Fonts | Serves this site’s typefaces | Every page |
| Google Analytics | Counts visits | Only if you accept measurement |
| Meta · LinkedIn | Advertising measurement | Only if you accept measurement, when campaigns run |
Where a supplier processes data outside the UK, it does so under recognised safeguards – the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or standard contractual clauses. Audio from spoken interviews is transcribed and then discarded; only the text is kept. If we add or change a supplier, this page changes first.
The full picture of what we collect and why is in the privacy policy. How team interviews are governed – what your people are told and what stays private – is published separately.
