Pay once for the change.
Own it forever.
Interventions, not subscriptions. You buy the change, you own what gets built, and the Compass – the one standing item, from £97 a quarter – keeps your Picture current so every re-mark shows how far you have come. Nothing is priced by the hour. Fees are fixed and agreed before work begins; what moves a fee is scale – how many people the change touches and how much is riding on it – so we publish the starting number and settle the exact one in writing first.
Five steps. Two cost nothing.
Each one earns the next.
Outward first, inward second – and nothing on this ladder is priced by the hour.
Beyond the ladder, our hands on the work are granted, never menued – the Fit-Out, with you from £15,000 or for you from £50,000, both by application. Fees are fixed in writing before work begins.
Know whether buyers choose you
The 777 Score – the outward read, free. Twenty-one statements, your number out of 210, the archetype you are running as, and the first thing to fix. Ten honest minutes, no call required. Every engagement begins here.
Your scores, argued in full
The Deep Read. One structured interview with you, the principal – and your partners, if you share the helm – then a written report that argues every score you have set down. Your 777 Score is marked in full: each element defined as it is scored, your number tested against your own words, your priority moves named, evidenced and sequenced. Not taken the 777 yet? The interview walks you through it. And if you have taken the Holiday Test, the inward reading comes with it at no extra charge – read plainly as what it is: one chair’s view of the whole operation. Some of the Triple Eight’s statements can only be answered by your team, each in their own room, and the report says so wherever that is true. Run solo, your chair is the whole roster, and your inward reading stands complete. This is what one chair sees. The Audit asks every chair.
Ask the bigger question
The Holiday Test – the inward read, free. Could you leave for three months and the business not suffer? Twenty-four statements out of 240, scored by the Triple Eight Method: your baseline, and a clear-eyed look at how far the business depends on you.
The whole business, properly diagnosed
The Audit – the Triple Eight in full, and the point where we go properly in. Every person on your roster gets a private room: a thirty-minute interview, typed or spoken, their choice, in their own words, seen by no one else in the business. From it comes their People Profile – a map of what they actually do, the repetitive load they carry, and the hours the redesign would hand back to them. Those rooms become one operating Picture: the business as it truly runs, not as the org chart says it runs. The redesign is then costed, sequenced and gated before anything is built. A solo founder runs the same Audit alone.
The fee buys the Picture, and your first fifteen interviews are included in it. Every voice after that costs less than the first fifteen, never more – because the synthesis is already paid for. The more of your business we hear, the less each voice costs.
Three rules travel with it. Voices, not seats: if someone does recurring work in your business, they have a room – part-time people count as one voice, because their knowledge of your business is not part-time. You are charged for interviews that happen: the rooms are private and the interviews voluntary, so your quote is a ceiling, and declines or leavers reconcile it down. Once we start, no one costs extra: anyone we discover mid-Audit is interviewed at no additional charge. We would rather hear everyone than bill anyone.
The platform interviews; the founder judges. Every Picture is reviewed, challenged and signed personally by Kirk J. Torrance before it reaches you – no Audit ships unsigned – and the findings walkthrough is included in the fee. How the interviews are governed – what your people are told, what stays private, who sees what – is published in full: the rules, in plain sight.

Hold the course – The Compass
The Audit builds the ship. The Compass keeps her on course: your operating Picture kept current through every joiner, leaver and role change; a quarterly re-mark of all twenty-four elements against your original baseline; your score charted from Audit day, so progress is something you can point at. Each person keeps their own room – role map, a two-minute quarterly pulse, and their personal ledger of hours the machines gave back. Every new hire is interviewed in their first month and folded into the Picture.
Four times a year it drafts a letter to your whole team for you to sign: what changed, how many hours came back, what is next – so the people who gave you the honest answers see what those answers bought them. When the underlying models improve, you get a note saying what got better at no cost to you. And once a year the whole thing composes into a year-on-year pack that shows the distance travelled.
You bought the change once, and you own it outright. The Compass is how you hold that course – Picture current, number tracked, crew in the know. Keep it for as long as it serves you; everything you bought stays yours either way.

Designed so it’s safe to say yes.
Fixed, and never by the hour
The fee is agreed in writing before work begins, and it does not move. Nothing here is priced by the hour – you pay for the outcome, not the clock.
The Deep Read credits forward
Commission the Audit within sixty days of your Deep Read report and the whole £197 comes off the Audit fee. You never pay twice for the same thinking.
Your people, not fewer of them
This is capacity, not redundancy. The repetition runs itself, and the hours it swallowed come back to the same team you already have – to spend on the work that moves the business.
Leaving is designed in
No unpaid discovery, no open-ended retainers. Everything we build sits in your accounts, in your name, and keeps running if you end the work tomorrow.
Every engagement begins
with the score.
If it turns out you do not need us, we will tell you that too – it is cheaper for everyone.
