The Holiday Test

Could you leave for three months,
and the business not suffer?

Most owners cannot – not because the business is weak, but because it was built around them. The Triple Eight Method™ is how a business learns to run itself: honestly seen, deliberately redesigned, then carried by machines your own people command. The Holiday Test is its first step – twenty-four plain statements, one number out of 240, and a clear reading of how far from the door you stand. Ten honest minutes, free.

This is the inward half of the methodology. If you have not yet scored the outward half – whether buyers choose you on purpose – the 777 Score is the better first step.

Answer as your business actually is, not as you would like it to be – the score is only useful if it is true. Score each statement from 1, not true of us, to 10, completely true. Ten minutes. You will get your score, your archetype, and the single thing to fix first.

One note: some statements ask what your people would say. If you have not asked them, score what the evidence would show – and treat the urge to answer for them as a finding in itself.

Your score
0/240

You marked your own homework – and the owner’s marking runs kindest of all, because you cannot see the role you are standing on. The Audit – where your whole team is interviewed – is where it gets marked properly.

The full reading

Your number is yours to keep. The reading of it – all three pillars scored, the verdict and the one move on each – opens here, and your private results room keeps it.

We send your reading. We never sell your address. How we handle your data.

Your reading

The number, and what to
do about it.

Exploration – the honest look
Transformation – the redesign
Automation – the machines

This is your baseline – where the business stands today, marked by the one person who cannot see the whole of it. When you are ready to go properly in, the Audit is the next rung: every member of your team interviewed in their own private room, the real operation mapped and confirmed, the redesign costed. That is where this number becomes a plan.

Bring the score to the call – you leave with three things to do, whether or not we work together.
