Plain terms, kept plainly.

1. Who you’re buying from

Industrial Strategic Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC685479. Registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, Scotland (“we”). Contact: office@industrialstrategic.com.

2. The Deep Read – what you’re buying

A guided written or spoken interview taken in your private results room, followed by a written analysis of your 777 score prepared for you personally and delivered to the same room, normally within two working days of completing the interview. The price is as published at the time of purchase, in US dollars, processed by Stripe; we do not see or store card details.

Credit against an Audit. Commission the Audit within sixty days of your Deep Read report being delivered and the whole $249 comes off the Audit fee. After sixty days the credit lapses

Cancellation and our promise. If you buy as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund; if you begin the interview within that period you consent to delivery starting, and once your written analysis has been delivered the service is complete. Beyond the statutory right, our own promise is broader: if the Deep Read does not show you moves worth more than its fee, say so within 7 days of receiving it and we will refund it in full.

3. AI Command – what you’re buying

A seat (or office bundle of three seats) on AI Command: four live online sessions of approximately 90 minutes, session recordings, course materials (prompt library and templates), and 30 days’ email support from the final session. Dates and joining instructions are confirmed by email after purchase. The founding cohort runs only if five or more seats are sold; if it does not run, every payment is refunded in full, automatically.

Price and payment. Prices are as published on the course page at the time of purchase, in US dollars. Payment is processed by Stripe. Office bundles may alternatively be invoiced for payment by bank transfer.

Cancellation and refunds. Your statutory right: if you buy as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If the course begins within that period and you attend, you consent to delivery starting and the refund on cancellation is reduced proportionately for sessions already delivered. Our guarantee, broader than the statutory right: attend all four sessions and, if you don’t consider the course worth the fee, tell us within 7 days of the final session for a full refund. If the cohort doesn’t run: automatic full refund. You may transfer your seat to a named colleague at any time before session one by emailing us.

Recordings and materials. Recordings and materials are licensed to the purchaser (and named bundle attendees) for their own professional use. They may not be shared, resold, published or used to deliver training to others. Live sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule; we do not publish attendee lists.

4. The Audit – what you’re buying

The Triple Eight Method’s full diagnosis of your operation. Every person on your agreed roster is offered a private interview – typed or spoken, voluntary, under the published interview governance rules – and the findings are composed into one operating Picture, reviewed and signed personally by Kirk J. Torrance, with the proposed redesign costed and gated.

Price. $3,750 including your first fifteen interviews, then declining per-voice rates as published on the Outcomes page, all ex VAT. Your quote is a ceiling: you are charged for interviews that happen, declines and leavers reconcile the fee down, and anyone discovered mid-Audit is interviewed at no extra charge. The exact fee is fixed in writing before work begins.

Cancellation. If you buy as a consumer you may cancel within 14 days for a full refund; where interviews have already been conducted with your agreement, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the work done. Either side may end an Audit that has stalled; you pay only for interviews completed and synthesis already delivered.

5. The Compass – what you’re buying

The one standing item: your operating Picture kept current, a quarterly re-mark of your scores against your original baseline, and the quarterly letter for your team, from $125 a quarter (ex VAT) at the published per-profile rates. It renews quarterly and you may cancel at any time with effect from the end of the paid quarter – there is no minimum term and nothing else renews automatically. The Marked Re-mark ($575) and the Fix-List (from $1,200, at most one costed change per quarter, each gated before it is built) are separate fixed-fee purchases available inside the Compass, never obligations.

6. The Fit-Out – what you’re buying

Credit against a Fit-Out. Commission a Fit-Out within ninety days of your Picture being delivered and the $3,750 Audit commencement fee is credited in full against the engagement fee. After ninety days the credit lapses.

The gated redesign from your Audit, actually built: alongside you from $19,000, or built for you from $64,000, both by application only. Scope, deliverables and the fixed fee are agreed in a written statement of work before anything begins; that statement governs alongside these terms. Everything built runs in accounts you own, and remains yours if the engagement ends.

7. VAT

All prices on this site are stated exclusive of VAT. VAT at the prevailing UK rate is added at checkout or on invoice, and appears on your VAT invoice. Our VAT registration is GB471932184.

8. What these services are – and aren’t

The Deep Read, the Audit, the Compass, the Fit-Out and AI Command are professional analysis, benchmarking, diagnosis, implementation and training. Where we cover the law, we cover it as general background, not as legal advice; for your own situation, consult the relevant regulator or a solicitor. Outcomes depend on implementation; no particular commercial, electoral or other result is promised.

9. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

10. General

We may reschedule a live session where necessary, with notice and a replacement date. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction – consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction, including under the laws of the EU member state or US state where they live.
