Begin the Audit.

Tell us the shape of the business. We confirm the fee in writing before anything begins, and nothing is charged until you say yes. Every voice on your roster gets a private room; you receive one Picture of how the business truly runs, the redesign costed and gated, reviewed and signed by Kirk J. Torrance.

How the interviews are governed – what your people are told, what stays private – is published in full. You are charged for interviews that happen, and anyone we discover once we have started is interviewed at no extra charge.

Everyone who does recurring work in the business – part-time people count as one voice. If the Holiday Test would notice their absence, they are on the roster.

Everyone – full time, part time, and the people who only do a couple of days. Each one gets their own private interview and the fee is worked out from this number, so it wants to be right rather than round.

Kirk reads every one of these himself, and replies with the fee in writing.

After the Audit

The Audit ends with a redesign that has been costed and gated. What follows is the build.

Your business gets its own system. It holds your work, your projects, your customers, your content and your records in one place, on your own accounts, under your own name. It drafts what you would otherwise write, files what you would otherwise sort, answers what you would otherwise answer, and hands you the judgement calls that were always yours to make.
