AI Command – terms of sale

1. Who you're buying from

Industrial Strategic Ltd, registered in Scotland, company number SC685479. Registered office: 5 South Charlotte Street, Edinburgh, EH2 4AN, Scotland ("we"). Contact: via the details at industrialstrategic.com.

2. What you're buying

A seat (or office bundle of three seats) on AI Command: four live online sessions of approximately 90 minutes, session recordings, course materials (prompt library and templates), and 30 days' email support from the final session. Dates and joining instructions are confirmed by email after purchase. The founding cohort runs only if five or more seats are sold; if it does not run, every payment is refunded in full, automatically.

3. Price and payment

Prices are as published on the course page at the time of purchase, in pounds sterling. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not see or store card details. Office bundles may alternatively be invoiced for payment by bank transfer.

4. Cancellation and refunds

  1. Your statutory right: if you buy as a consumer, you may cancel within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. If the course begins within that period and you attend, you consent to delivery starting and the refund on cancellation is reduced proportionately for sessions already delivered.
  2. Our guarantee (broader than the statutory right): attend all four sessions and, if you don't consider the course worth the fee, tell us within 7 days of the final session for a full refund.
  3. If the cohort doesn't run (fewer than five seats): automatic full refund.
  4. You may transfer your seat to a named colleague at any time before session one by emailing us.

5. Recordings and materials

Recordings and materials are licensed to the purchaser (and named bundle attendees) for their own professional use. They may not be shared, resold, published or used to deliver training to others. Live sessions are held under the Chatham House Rule; we do not publish attendee lists.

6. What this course is – and isn't

AI Command is professional training. It covers the legal landscape applying to AI in political life but does not constitute legal advice; for specific situations consult the Electoral Commission or a solicitor. Outcomes depend on implementation; no particular electoral, commercial or other result is promised.

7. Our liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise, our total liability in connection with the course is limited to the amount you paid for it.

8. General

We may reschedule a session where necessary, with notice and a replacement date. These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction (consumers retain any mandatory protections of their home jurisdiction).
